Roger B. Fransecky, Ph.D

Roger FranseckyRoger Fransecky is Founder/CEO of The Apogee Group, a global management consulting and leadership development organization founded in 1995. Apogee is dedicated to helping leaders and their organizations achieve their highest level of performance through programs and services for CEO’s and senior leadership teams. Current clients include, among others, two global communications corporations, three consumer products companies, an international venture capital firm, a regional energy/utility company, a global publisher, and two international professional services companies.

Prior to founding The Apogee Group, Dr. Fransecky was Executive Vice-President of ARC International, Ltd., an international consulting company specializing in large-scale organizational change.

Dr. Fransecky’s work with leaders of many organizations evolved from more than four decades as a corporate executive, organizational consultant, clinical psychologist, and university professor. He is regarded as one of the nation’s leading executive coaches and CEO advisors.

William P. Brittain, Ph.D

William P. Brittain, Ph.D Dr. Brittain brings more than thirty years experience as a human resource consultant in the public and private sectors to his Apogee clients.  His areas of expertise include program planning, organization/system design and evaluation, management development, personnel selection and executive evaluation.  Many of his assignments include strategic consulting in developing effective senior management teams and the analysis and design of fully aligned business structures.

Bill is a recognized authority in the application of behavioral evaluation in management and career development.  He works closely with his clients to develop corporate succession plans, career paths, management selection strategies and career development programs tailored for executives and upper middle managers.

David S. Klein

David S. KleinDavid Klein has over 18 years of experience consulting with all levels of organizations from CEOs to non-management personnel.  His expertise is in the areas of executive coaching, team development, leadership, organizational assessment, strategic planning and group facilitation. David’s major projects as of recent have centered on issues of organizational change, the creation and implementation of cross functional teams, strategic planning and executive coaching and development.

David has worked with many Fortune 500 Companies utilizing behavioral assessments as well as 360 feedback processes to identify and enhance critical competencies necessary for ongoing senior management and executive success.  He works closely with his clients to ensure clarity of purpose, commitment to identified outcomes and ongoing support both in person and long distance utilizing state-of-the art technology.

He has over 30 years experience providing organizational consulting to global companies. His client base is global and includes industries such as consumer products, interactive technology, media and entertainment, professional service firms and global not-for-profit research and academic institutions. Elaine M. Duffy, Ph.D

Elain M. Duffy, Ph.D Dr. Elaine Duffy is an executive coach with extensive experience who has been consulting to diverse businesses in the areas of leadership effectiveness and executive coaching for the past 20 years.  She is currently affiliated with several consulting groups in the Boston and Tri-state areas.

A psychologist by training, Dr. Duffy has skillfully assisted organizations in the areas of leadership assessment and development; the assimilation of new leaders; creating effective teams; selection of CEOs and senior managers; organizational diagnostics that provide solutions to productivity barriers; development of career paths for key performers; and the design of performance management mechanisms that increase motivation and productivity.
