Robert B. Mintz, Ph.D.

Robert Mintz Dr. Robert Mintz is an organizational psychologist who works with top executives and management teams on issues of leader effectiveness and development, organizational structure and effectiveness, key successor development, and organizational design for acquired or newly launched businesses. He has over 30 years experience providing organizational consulting to global companies. His client base is global and includes industries such as consumer products, interactive technology, media and entertainment, professional service firms and global not-for-profit research and academic institutions. He is a frequent speaker, workshop leader and business and professional school lecturer.

Bob spent more that 25 years in or at the top of human resources organizations at companies such as Revlon, PepsiCo, Time Warner and EDS where, in his last position, he was Executive Vice President.He holds a doctorate in Human & Organizational Development, two Masters degrees in Human & Organizational Development and an undergraduate degree in English. He is a certified Master Coach in Positive Psychology.He is a member of the American Psychological Association and The Society for Consulting Psychologists for whom he has led several professional development programs.

He has contributed to several books, including Executive Coaching: A Guide for the HR Professional (Wiley/Pfeiffer) and Continuous Learning at the Individual, Group, and Organizational Levels (Lawrence Erlhbaum). He is currently collaborating with a dozen noted management researchers on a book devoted to organization learning published by Erlhbaum, due in the fall of 2006.

He is also completing a book that is the result of proprietary research he conducted with top US executives who sought and successfully experienced major life transformations. The work is tentatively entitled: The World According To You.
